Scope of Work
Erosion mitigation and protect critical wastewater infrastructure, facilities, and assets at South Ocean Beach in San Francisco. To accomplish this, this three year contract will selectively relocate sand from North Ocean Beach, transport along the Great Highway and strategically place sand and erosion mitigation measures annually at South Ocean Beach, San Francisco, California.

Yet it remains a balancing act, with surfing locals, environmental watchdogs, and budget conscious critics urging more nature based strategies or even infrastructure retreat inland.
